Mr. Herbert Lee Pasley, was November 23, 1934 in Williamsburg County to the late Cooper Pasley and Hattie Croskey Pasley. Mr. Pasley was a member of Union Baptist Church located in Salters, South Carolina. He attended the public school system of Williamsburg County. He was a life long farmer and farmed all kinds of produce.
