Mr. Charles Justwondt Gerald Gary was born May 26, 1967 in New York, NY to the late Mr. Gerald G. Gary and Mrs. Vernethea M. Brown Gary. He departed his earthly life for his eternal life on Friday morning February 17, 2023 in Florence, SC.

He received his formal education in the public schools of Williamsburg County, SC. He grew up in a loving Christian family attending Greater Jerusalem A.M.E. Church.

He leaves to mourn his passing, his loving mother Vernethea Gary of the home; five children, Adrian Murphy of Tampa, Fl, Amonica Gibson (Dietrich) of Columbia, SC, Andrew Frazier (Jemima) of Jacksonville, NC, Kashmia Thompson of Andrews, SC, Twila Gary of Dallas, TX, one sister Bethinina Gary  of Greenville, SC;  five aunts, Rosalie Brown of New York, NY, Ada Henderson of Hollis, NY, Gloria Snyder of Jamestown, SC, Gertrude Brown of Lane, SC, Matilda Brown of Lane, SC; ten grandchildren, one preceding him in death; one nephew Ray-Quan Battiste of Greenville, SC and a host of cousins and dear friends.
