Life Reflections

Mr. David Levern Graham  AKA 'Yogi', was born December 11, 1967 in Rochester, NY to Mr. and Mrs. George and Nellie Graham Porter.

David received his education in the Williamsburg County Public School System. Where he graduated from Williamsburg Blakley High School in 1987. David served in the US Navy from 1987-1991. For many years he was employed at St. Ann Nursing Home as a maintenance worker in Rochester, NY. He then decided to turn over a new leaf and relocate back to South Carolina, where he worked at the Country Inn and Suites in Murrells Inlet, SC as a maintenance worker.

Two siblings preceded him in death Darren Jarrod Porter and Damique Yolondaquinn Mention.

David leaves to cherish his lasting memories his parents Mr. and Mrs. George and Nellie Graham Porter of Andrews, SC. His biological father Mr. Ronald Steele of Rochester, NY; three daughters Allyshia Y. Graham, Tamaira Graham, and Davonia Graham all of Rochester, NY. Three grandchildren Westley Graham, Aaron Graham, and Danielle Bowman of Rochester, NY. Two sisters Garnet (John) McCutcheon and Lyasia Porter both of Andrews, SC. Three brothers George Eric (Pleshette) Bonham of Rochester, NY; George Lemar (Jenny) Porter of Andrews, SC; and Ketrick (Melissa) Porter of Hemingway, SC.  A special Aunt whom David resided in the home with and also called 'Mother' Cleo H. White of Nesmith, SC. And four additional aunts Juanita (Charles) Jackson of Andrews, SC; Cassandra Johnson of Kingstree, SC; Dorothy Jean Greene of Andrews, SC; Chandra Graham of Rochester, NY. Four uncles, Willie (Carrie) Porter of Rochester, NY, Norman (Phillis) Graham of Winston-Salem, NC; David Lee Graham, Aaron L. (Gwen) Graham of Rochester, NY; A loving Fiancé Frances Shaw of Kingstree, SC  and a host of Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives and friends.
