Life Reflections

Hezekiah Pressley transitioned from mortality to immortality on Sunday April 14, 2024. Hezekiah was born September 09, 1945 to the late Mildred Bettard in Williamsburg County, South Carolina.

Hezekiah attended the public schools of Williamsburg County and was a proud graduate of Tomlinson High School .  Upon graduating from High School he was employed by many employers. Red and White Grocery, Kingstree, SC; Wellman Industry, Johnsonville, SC; Williamsburg County Transit System,  Kingstree, SC; and Georgia Pacific, Pineville, SC.

Hezekiah was raised in the Holywoods Community where he attended the Mt. Zion Apostolic Faith Church in Kingstree, SC. He was an avid lover of sports and loved cheering on the Kingstree High School Basketball and Football  teams.

Hezekiah leaves to cherish his precious memories his wife, Eleanor  E, Pressley, of the home; Son, Anthony Brian (Quane) Pressley, daughter, Dawn Renee Livingston (both of Kingstree, SC; two stepsons, Bobby (Sonya) Hudson of Lake City, SC and Kedrick L. Hudson Kingstree, SC; sisters, Billie Jean (John) White, St. Stephens, SC, Clarence Jr. (Mary) Bettard, Fort Worth, Texas, Sarah Bettard, David (Sharon) Bettard, Joann (Cory)Dukes, Jennifer Bettard (all of Kingstree, SC), one biological grandson, John Nawaaz James, Kingstree, SC; seven step grandchildren, seven brothers-in-law, six sisters-in-law, host of nieces, nephews, other relatives.
