Mrs. Laura Mae Wilson was born on September 20, 1943 to the late Eva Mae Perkins McQueen and Moutry McQueen in Bennettsville, SC.
Laura was educated in the pubic school system of Bennettsville, SC. She was a seamstress in Hallendale Beach Florida for 15 years. She was a faithful member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church in Hallendale Beach Florida where she was a Spiritual Attendant. She was married to the late Sonny Boy Wilson.
Mrs. Laura leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Joseph (Mary H.) McQueen of Gerogia; sisters, Irene Hall of Salters, SC, Mary Bonner of Winston Salem, NC an Viola Cooper and Christine Roan of Miami, Florida; one brother, Willie (Susie) Ervin of Tampa, Florida; grandkids, Dwayne Height, Carmelita Vest, Robbie Fanders, Tassie (Freeman) Golden and Valentine Mcqueen all of Georgia; 4 great grands; Elijah, Joshua, Genesis and Jeremiah all of Georgia; along with a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
