Mary Lee Cuttino Burgess was born April 23, 1926 to the late George and Cynthia B. Cuttino. Both parents and three siblings preceded her in death. Mary lived and grew up in the Pee Dee Community of Georgetown, SC. She received her early education in Conway, South Carolina. At an early age she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior and became a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church, where she served in many duties of the church. Mary married the late Mr. Jessie Burgess and moved to Kingstree, SC. She was a believer in her spiritual faith, this moved her to become a member of Midway Baptist Church.In 2005 her son married and took her on another life's journey to live in Lancaster, SC. She never hesitated for a moment. Over the years she became a resident at the Heath Springs Residential Home. On January 18, 2015 at Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, SC Mary entered into eternal rest. Mary leaves the following to celebrate her memory; A loving and devoted son Randy K. (Michelle) Cuttino; one granddaughter Destini Cuttino; one step granddaughter Lakevia Ingram of Lancaster,SC; three step children from the marriage; three cousins Edna Ford, Anna M. Ford and Cotell Rice all of Georgetown, SC. A host of loving nieces and nephews who will miss the last aunt of the Cuttino legacy; other devoted friends and love ones along with the loving and caring staff at Heath Spring Residential Home who will truly miss her tremendously.
