On Friday October 7, 2022 at Mcleod Regional Medical Center , Florence, SC. Mother Lirleas M. Gamble took her flight to be with the Lord.
Mother Lirleas McClary Gamble was born January 28, 1923 in Kingstree, Williamsburg County, South Carolina to the late Rev. Melvin Lee McClary and Sis. Emma Flagler Mcclary. Mother Lirleas attended the public schools of Williamsburg County.
Lirl as she was affectionately called was a very devoted member of the Apostolic Faith Church in the Holywoods Community of Kingstree, SC all of her life. She gave her life to Christ at the tender age of 13 years old. She served faithfully as a Usher for many years. Mother Lirleas was a domestic worker for a number of years, she then obtained employment at Jarrett Wholesale in Kingstree, SC for over 5 years until she retired.
Lirleas , was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Jeff Gamble, and to this union six children were born and four of those children preceded her in death. Love ones that preceded her in death were her husband and eight siblings.
God granted her 99 years upon this earth, "To God be the Glory".
Mother Lirleas leaves to cherish her precious memories two sons Kenneth (Carolyn) Gamble of Salters, SC and Ernest (Clara) Gamble; and in-laws John Gamble and Isabella Wilson. 3 grands she raised as her own David
Gamble, Wonita Gamble, and Lirltravia Gamble all of Kingstree, SC; Two sisters-in-law Ms. Lucille Gamble and Ms. Johnnie Bell McClary both of Kingstree, SC. 15 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
