Olga Edith Mouzon was born July 27, 1910 in Kingstree, South. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Washington Miller and Mrs. Mary Pendergrass Miller. Olga departed this life on Friday evening January 25, 2013.

Olga was a lifelong member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. She was a member of the United Methodist Women and worked with Bible School. She was also a member of the Retired Teachers Association. She received her education from Tomlinson High School, Claflin College and South Carolina State College in Orangeburg, South Carolina. She enjoyed and loved teaching in South Carolina for over forty-five years.

She was married to the Samuel Mouzon, Sr. and to this union one child was born, Samuel Mouzon, Jr.

Loving memories will be treasured by her faithful and devoted son Samuel Mouzon, Jr., her sisters Carrie Platts, Sara Lees Cooper and Thelma Woods, sister-in-law Ruth Johnson, brother-in-law Frank Mouzon, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
