Brother Roosevelt Parson (Blake), age 68 transitioned from mortal to immortality. God sweetly called his name " Well done my Good and faithful Servant."
Roosevelt was born July 18, 1950 to the late
Aaron Parson and Sarah Parson.
Roosevelt was united in holy matrimony to the late Brenda Parson. As he continued his journey through life, he was blessed with a son, Bryan Miller and a daughter Amy Parson. Additionally, he was loved by grandchildren. He was a member of The Bethel A.M.E Male Chorus and a member of the Body of Christ as well.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories: Bryan Miller (son) Amy Parson (daughter), three sisters, Julia Pressley of Kingstree, SC and Sophia Gamble of Lane, SC, and Nygina Parson of NC. Three brothers; Prince Parson (Mary) Goldsboro, NC, James Parson (Carrie) of Columbia, SC and Jonus Brunson (Celia) of Lane, SC; ten grandchildren; God Parents Mr. and Mrs. Noland, best friends Steve and Otis McClary. He will be adored for years by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of Special cousins and many friends far and near.
