Mrs. Tressie Cooper Haynes the daughter of the late Lincoln M. Cooper and Rosa Lee Kennedy Cooper entered into eternal rest on January 15, 2013, in Philadelphia PA.

Mrs. Tressie was born August 04, 1928 in Kingstree, South Carolina. She received her education in the public schools of Williamsburg County. And is a graduate of Claflin University in Orangeburg, SC.

She is survived by her daughter, Le Tera Haynes of Philadelphia, PA., a niece raised as a daughter, Elaine (James) Weston of Columbia, SC; a daughter-in-law Andromeda Haynes of Florence, SC; a God son, Harold J. (Lotria) Doctor, Jr. of Columbia, SC; one sister, Sarah (James) Ford of Philadelphia, PA., three brothers, Roosevelt (Esther) Cooper of Kingstree, SC, Lealon Cooper of Philadelphia, and Jack (Sarah) Frierson; four step sisters, Estelle Daniels of Greensboro, NC, Ella Whitfield of Salters, SC, Pearl (Johnny) Miller of Salters, SC, and Phyllis Nelson of Clearwater, FL. ; four step brothers, Adam A.J. Daniels of Salters, SC, Freddie Daniels of Clearwater, FL. , Pete (Beverly )Daniels of Deer Park, NY and Elijah (Blondell) Daniels of Westbury, NY; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
